Price Action moves in zigzag manner.
Support Resistance or Trendline
Buy Support Sell Resistance.
Bollinger Bands and Moving Averages
Bollinger Bands has a nice visual effect too, price actions are enveloped by the two bands. We could see price action are dither above or below the middle line, which is this the moving average. It is obvious that when the price action above the middle moving average, the price action is bull bias, the reverse is bear.
The price action when outside of the bands, the price action is very volatile. We say the price action is extreme.
Watch out for the breakout when the bands narrow.
Therefore, some feel Bollinger Bands is better than Moving Averages. These are all subjective. Have fun!
