Recognise the trend is very important; for example uptrend, low high, higher high, higher low. Wave just like moving average is a great visual tool. When price action above the wave, bullish bias. Lower risk in buy. When price action cross down below wave, the price action is bearish bias. Shorting has a lower risk.
