Buy or Sell a financial instrument to make profit. For trader, you trade with eyes open. Manage the risk, cut lost when the result turns against you. You could join at anytime, and get out at anytime. You use the technical analysis to plan your entry and exit. You do not emotionally attach to the financial instrument to put the money in. You objective is to grown your money tree. You do not depending on fundament data to choose your target.
What is Investor?
Put money on a great potential financial instrument and see the invested company to grow and expand. Many times you use market news to help you to choose the target. For investment, the duration is normally long, five, ten years or even longer. Buy Hold Strategy is like investor strategy.
So, make up your mind and choose the role and strategy.
What is Professional Trader?
Buy support and sell resistance. For professional trader, they only interested to buy low and sell high.
