Study China Life Insurance Company 中国人寿 Stock chart and Moving Averages. We use three moving averages here, 20 period, 50 period and 100 period.
See chart, picture worth a thousand words.
Price Action goes from high to low to lower before rebouce. Pullback to test the same peak on the chart before try to retest again.
Moving Average is a great visual tool. Three even better. We see moving average for 20 MA started below 50 MA to above. See goes from 50 MA started below 100 MA to above.
