What is the impact?
Are there any impact to Hong Kong’s stock market since Hong Kong Federation of Students and Scholarism began their protesting outside the government headquarters from 22 September 2014 against the National People Congress Standing Committee, NPCSC’s decision. Also commonly known as ‘Occupy Central’ (佔中).
Chart tells a thousand words; definitely the protest have some impacts to Hong Kong stock market. Hang Seng Index, ^HSI Price Action tells it all, a spinning top on week 19 September, indecision from the traders. Thereafter the HSI falls for a few weeks. … HSI re-bounced. Next few weeks will be crucial. Will it confirms the mountain and complete the Low High, followed by AB = CD. Will see.
If we zoom in to lower timeframe, such as Daily. You will see the turning has started. See chart for details.
