Continue from our last analysis, this is the update on Straits Times Index analysis.
River is a luxury visual aid to spot buy or sell opportunity. MACD is a great tool to spot change of trend direction. MACD Bullish Divergence is when price action continue with lower low and MACD is forming a higher high.
MACD is like a traffic light. Traffic light is signalling a change of traffic direction, but only until the traffic light change otherwise the traffic continue. Likewise, the trend will continue until confirmation.
