Double Bottom and Price Action Reversal
Double bottom pattern is warning for possible reversal. Indicator like double bottom is like a traffic light gives you warming of possible price action change in direction. You as a trader, you are responsible for your action. You need to learn how to recognise the pattern and make your trade decision. Use your whole brain thinking, both left and right brain; left brain (logical) and right brain (graphical, or pattern).
Higher Low: … after certain level the price action dipped. The buyers return, the buyers turn the market even bullish again the price action bounce up again. The buyers think the price is cheap and willing to pay more for the stock.
