2014 Review
1) PA fall in Jan and formed the lowest in 2014 to 2953 points level
2) Thereafter the PA has made the higher high (HH) to the peak 2014 in end July to 3387 points level
3) PA fall through the strong support zone 3315 points and 3278 points
4) Then PA can not break another HH, anyone buy and hope will hurt as PA can heading south to 3149 points level
5) Remember, in order to make high or break out higher high, the PA has to go low, and lowest first
6) October 17, 2014 made a second lowest of the year, 2149 points level
7) 3360 points level made the strongest resistance of the year, it resisted the PA for breaking away
8) Is the last High of the year become a Bull Trap? Will See
Now we are at the very strong resistance zone level, PA has been defended and defeated many rounds. The index has been forced south again and again.
PA has struggled to go north, the zone has allowed a gap for it to slip through. Is this a trap?
This is a very interesting year. For many years, the crude oil price has fallen, the fall of the price is to defend of the new break through in oil exploration. Will the crude oil price fail further. Will see. The new oil price has messed the current market; the inflation has suddenly taking a break.
We will take a look at few stocks. Why instead of making high or higher high, but it has turned out low or become the lowest of the year! Watch the space here. …
