HON Honeywell International Inc Stock Charting
Study Honeywell International Inc stock chart and moving averages.
See chart, picture worth a thousand words.
Moving Average is a great visual tool. When price action is above moving average, and moving average is slopping up. You can be quite sure it is bull trend. When price action is below moving average and moving average is slopping down, it is bear trend.
When bull trend, fast moving average is above slow moving average. As bear trend, fast moving average is below slow moving average.
In our example here, moving average starts with below MA, cross above MA, and cross below MA and finally price action is above MA.
So, bull or bear trend. When you can not decide, check with the slow MA. See slow MA is slopping up. So, overall it is bull trend.
Keep this in mind, and trade with your eyes open.
