The logic is very simple, from my view point, When the rate is up, increase the stock price may come down as many borrower will sell their stock for cash to reduce their borrowing. On the other hand, when the interest rate is down, the stock price may goes up as there are more demand for stock. Many borrow money to buy stock. Please contemplate.
