- MACD line crosses above MACD signal – Bullish trend
- MACD line crosses above zero line – Bullish trend
- MACD Histogram +ve Divergence – Bullish trend
- MACD line crosses below MACD signal – Bearish trend
- MACD line crosses below zero line – Bearish trend
- MACD Histogram -ve Divergence – Bearish trend
Example of MACD Signals – Shangri-La Asia
When MACD signal zipping up and down, the trend may be continue in the same trend direction. See chart, picture worth a thousand words. The next MACD observation is when the MACD is below or above zeroline. This provides you another clue on what might be the trend. See chart.
