While U.S. Department of Commerce ban some of the China high tech companies, while China is the key country of US export. Indirectly, the ban has resulted some of the US company sale. Unless these US company has their Europe counterpart that might be still continue to sell to China, otherwise the pie will become smaller for many of the US key companies. Will see.

There may be an coincident that Apple Inc stock price is forming a lower high. See chart below.
