Hong Kong Hang Seng Index with Support and Resistance for Six Months
Bears have trapped, the index has strong reversal. The index retest the last September high.
HSI is in a resistance zone, any time can have a deep, big deep, small deep it will all depend on the market emotion.
Check MACD indicator, we see the divergence on MACD Hist, this is a fast and early signal on the pull back. Watch out.
We see Hang Seng has a gap up after doji, the index continue to push higher. This is some type of a major high but how high it’s going to go remains to be seen. Market is expecting a pullback to sell but not strong enough.
One important Fibonacci count which is 61%. The best strategy is to wait for the first break and sell the first ABCD correction preferably at that 0.618 level.
