We study chart using many approaches, such as pattern recognition, indicators, price action, gut feeling, and so on.
However, there is only three things can happen to the stock price. One, up, second down, and third sideways.
As for the approaches, is either trend continuation, or reversal. So, some trader choose to only trade reversal, and some choose to trade continuation. Of course, some traders do not bother reversal or continuation. They just use the gut feeling to trade.
There is another factor in trading. Are you trade short-term or long-term.
Our analysis, we look at many things. Long term, short term, indicators, price action, pattern and you name it. As long as we think it makes sense. We will apply them.
We have been using such as moving average, river, and GMMA. We also use indicator such as Woodies CCI, or MACD. We also use price action, such as support resistance, Fibonacci. We also go any direction, continuation or reversal.
