One of the Worst Home Market Performance
In the recent Knight Frank report one last quarter of 2015, Globally Singapore private home market is one of the worst performance. The report said, 2015 fourth quarter, in the global home price index of 55 home market, Singapore ranked fifty one. As in Asia home market, Singapore is the second last, its better than Taiwan. This is the result of Singapore policy in cooling its property market since 2009. This properly is too successful. Home values dropped for a ninth quarter in the last three months of 2015, posting the longest losing streak in 17 years. The last year’s home sales are set to be the lowest in seven years.
