Trade what you see and not what you think, it does not matter whether you are a brilliant trader! Trading is no different from crossing a busy road. You do not have to be smart you can still safely cross the road as long as you follow the rule in observing traffic. You owe that to yourself if you do not watch the traffic and just cross the road, you sure get hit in no time.
Big events allow huge money; however can you manage the risk and do you have the holding power. Many will probably guess the current emotions at Hong Kong and the happening for the last eight days will probably slow the market. If you will go short, you will probably right. Everyone will also know the market will return to order, although it will not be the same again.
